After years of success, the Brown family sold the business to Consolidated Electrical Distributors in 2019. CED is a privately held company with a unique business model that allows us to tailor our business to best serve our customers. CED is highly decentralized and focuses on local decision-making. We have the freedom of an independent, and the financial backing of a major national distributor.
